Dr. Allen is a
horribly uncaring man. Over the years of medical
school he has lost all sympathy for his
patients.
He prescribes them medication without finding
out what their problem is, he won't talk to
anyone unless they first pay him, and his
success rate in surgery is atrocious.
Dr. Allen is friends with Richard Donnigan
behind the scenes, some call them partners in
crime controlling the media and the medical
field.
Because of this alliance, the malpractice in Dr.
Allen's section goes often unnoticed by
authorities. |

Some would say he is bi-polar due to the fact
that most of his days he acts entirely
reasonable, yet will later turn around and
completely contradict himself by doing
irrational things, and stooping into a
depression he claims to immune to.
Emo Charlie is conflicted with himself, and this
shows mostly in his darker state. |

Steve has a unique condition which causes
his body to have a sever mental reaction to the
introduction of coco beans to his body. Once a powerful
politician, Steve lost his job, home and wife shortly
after an introduction to Chocolate Milk. Since that time
he has lived alone on the streets, begging for more
chocolate milk from passer-bys.
As an incentive for people to give him chocolate milk,
he loves to dance, sing and play his harmonica, however
unfortunately he is often abused due to his social
status. |

He is old in the worst way. Whenever he
speaks of youth, he does so as if the world is coming to
an end and refers to most all people younger than him as
"punks".
He suffers from various medical issues such as hearing
loss, memory loss, joint stiffness and varying stress.
At one point he thought he was interested in
kids in a disgusting way, yet after his first
encounter, he ran away never to look back.
Mr. Fitzgerald has suffered the loss of his
granddaughter "Condom" who he always called "Viki".
She died due to incompetents on the part of Dr.
Bad News aka Doctor Allen. |

Richard Donnigan has always lived in a shadow. Through
his father's connections, he unfairly obtained a job at
7227 News where he is given the freedom to say anything
he wants, and continues to work at the station
regardless of his lack in professionalism.
Richard has a naturally cocky attitude. Despite what the
facts and opinions presented to him by others suggest,
he lives his life as if he is better than others.
Richard believes he is always right, and his main focus
is himself, which often frustrates and enrages his
co-workers. |

A suffering entrepreneur. He wants to be
successful regardless of the means. Due to his personal
attitude and desperation, situations often get out of
control, dealing with Ricky Tulsa can be very difficult
as the most simple of situations can turn into chaotic
events.
Ricky has gone so far as to attack others in lethal ways
when they refuse to comply with his demands. Often if he
does not get things his way, he will attempt to make
things goes his way. |

She is the mother of Emily and Ricky
Tulsa and one of the most underappreciated mothers of
all time. She does a great job parenting her children,
yet despite all of her efforts they always fall into
corruption.
At a certain point she was so overwhelmed with stress
caused by her children that she felt she was going
crazy, however fortunately around the same time, her new
friend Zogtar showed up to whom she is now acting much
like a mother. Zogtar is somewhat the child she's always
wanted. |

For the right price, Sally will do
anything. She has various boyfriends on a regular basis.
She doesn't really know her purpose in the world, and
she doesn't really care.
All Sally wants is to make easy money, and live an easy
life. She creates a lot of drama wherever she goes, and
tries to bring everyone around her in on it.
She once had a relationship with Brocon, she
used a Nerrph gun to drug him, and ever since
that time Brocon has been disgusted by her.
Sally has an odd connection with Brocon, and
regardless of the fact that she still sleeps
around, Brocon is the closest thing she's ever
had to true love. |

Though most often the Viking's feelings and opinions

the Viking's individual personality to help stabilize

Ricky Tulsa's mom by a random teleport. Upon contacting
her, Zogtar developed an immediate attachment to her,

human beings do, and he tries to blend with others,
however he often find himself standing out more and more
regardless of his effort. |
